This Toshiba mobile internet device may look just like any other, with one major difference. It can be submerged in water and still operate. It is a water-resistant model!. This water-resistant internet viewer estimated screen size of about 3.5 inches. Toshiba has showcased a new concept device which uses DFMC (Direct Methanol Fuel Cells) technology, capable of operating for up to a week without a charge. The device is divided into a screen and a keyboard (separated) and running Windows XP. Toshiba was referring to the device as an Internet viewer. Toshiba also displayed a concept internet viewer, which can function underwater. Water resisted concept is device that intended to showcase the ability to create waterproof devices.
